My battle with my Anxiety and eating disorder

Unfortunately, like millions of other people, I struggle with anxiety, eating disorders and panic attacks. This makes me not want to leave the house most days and affects those around me too. My friends and family are so unbelievably supportive and I couldn't ask for more loving people around me.

I thought to try and track my progress, I'll keep a blog or diary of anything I have done that I feel proud of in terms of conquoring a fear or trying something new. Most things will just be small things completely normal to most people, but they are huge steps for me.

Timeline

20-26 May 2019

Personal achievements:

> Ate some proper vegetables for the first time in years and can now add this to my list of "trusted" foods.
> Cooked my food in my parents' oven for the first time; love a good plate of chips. Also dipped them in vegetable gravy which was really nice.
> Gone for quite a few walks and sat out in the garden this week. Mainly to feed my lovely cats.
> Arranged to meet up with some friends in mid-June for a coffee. Well, I won't be having anything, but they'll be having one.
